Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK and it typically takes 3-5 business days to receive all of your items unless you have selected next day delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information for each item in your order will be emailed to you.

Many orders are dispatched directly from our makers so you will in many cases receive your items directly from the independent and creative business that made them.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed, however please be considerate as it is often the makers and their small teams who are packaging and shipping your item(s). Orders involving items from more than one designer may arrive in more than one package. You can order as many products from as many Vendors as you wish. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout for you to see before placing an order.

For any specialist items, such as furniture, our team maybe in touch to arrange delivery with you.

In any event, we shall deliver the order within 30 days of the date of the order being accepted by us, unless a longer period is agreed with you.
