Faulty goods policy & procedure— Talking Things Limited
- If you have received a faulty item please e-mail our Customer Service team by e-mail at returns@talkingthings.store immediately on receipt or within 14 days from the date when you found it to be faulty.
- Please include in your e-mail a CLEAR photo, confirmation of when you discovered the fault and a detailed description of the fault and whether you wish to have the item repaired or a replacement to be sent to you or a refund of the price.
- You must return the item and the tracking number within 14 days of your request. Subject to this we will arrange for a replacement (if requested by you and available) for you or for a refund if you do not want a replacement or if no replacement is available.
- Please note that we are unable to offer a repair, replacement or refund for items that have been delivered to you more than 6 months earlier.
- Items which are damaged after receipt by you or as a result of negligence, excessive wear and tear, accident or due to misuse will not be considered faulty for these purposes.
